Paul was born in Portsmouth, on the south coast of UK, and has been in the maritime industry for about five years. He comes from a commercial background, having spent some time on container ships and cruise ships, where he was able to fulfil his long-time dream of circumnavigating the world.
Growing up surrounded by water, Paul developed his passion for water sports, particularly windsurfing, which he practiced from a young age.
Offshore, you will find him training his downhill mountain biking skills at the local bike parks. He is a fun, easy-going person, who is always willing to try new experiences, especially if they involve adrenaline or fitness.
His main hobbies include travelling and exploring new countries.

Tim grew up on the east coast of Australia and served two years in the Royal Australian Navy. He has a wealth of maritime experience on vessels of all shapes and sizes. He has a total of 10 years in yachting. In 2021 he achieved his MCA Chief Mate qualification and he is working towards his Masters certificates.
Tim is in charge of the safety of all guests onboard, as well as coordinating operations on deck. If you have any safety related questions during your time onboard EMOTION² please do not hesitate to ask.
He is the RYA PWC instructor on board.

Akis started his culinary journey in his home city, Athens. After finishing his studies at Le Monde Eau De Tourisme, he worked in restaurants in Greece for five years. In order to improve his skills and knowledge, he moved to Belgium, where he worked for a year in a fine dining restaurant.
Akis joined the yachting industry in 2015, working as a sous-chef on board a 50m superyacht. In 2016, he joined the AL MIRQAB programme, where he spent six years, cooking different kinds of ethnic cuisines including Asian, Arabic, Indian and Mediterranean. During that period, he cooked for UHNWI and high-profile guests such as prime ministers, actors and prominent people.
Akis strives to deliver beautiful dishes on board to satisfy all tastes and dietary requirements.

Alex was born in Antwerp Belgium, but grew up in Athens, Greece. Her parents met working on cruise ships and travelling around the world meeting new cultures and people.
Even though Alex studied Hotel Management and got her bachelor’s degree in Belgium, her love for the sunny days and the sea ended up bringing her back to Greece. After a couple of years working in five-star hotels, she ended up getting her her first job as a stewardess on a private 75m yacht.
Throughout her 7 years in the yachting industry, Alex has learned how to adapt and manage people and their needs. Her attention to detail and her passion for the hospitality and service industry led her through this adventure in her yachting career where she has been fortunate enough to meet all kinds of interesting people and has catered for UHNWI and high- profiled guests.
2024 will be Alexandra's first season on board EMOTION².

In the rhythm of my everyday life, I find joy in simple pleasures. Four activities hold a special place in my heart: listening to music, playing bowling, traveling and making connections with old friends and new ones.

Holly was born in Basingstoke, UK and began her customer service journey from a young age in a local restaurant, where hard work and dedication and her passion for the hospitality and service industry took her towards a managerial role. This experience has provided her with excellent people skills, developed by her warm personality and approachability.
She also gained a multitude of problem-solving skills along with enthusiasm and attention to detail. Holly wishes to expand on her current knowledge and develop her service skills onboard. Previously working onboard, a private M/Y, Holly is now excited to join M/Y Emotion2 to help contribute to the success of the team well learning new skills and experience as well as ensure all guest experiences are enjoyable and fun.
Holly’s hobbies include baking, listening to music, hiking, reading and ballet. Ballet helped to amplify her motivational skills and diligence and hardworking attitude.

Born and raised in Kavala, Greece, Kyriakos discovered his love for engines and the sea at a young age. He decided to follow a career path and join the Merchant Marine Academy.
Following his academy certification and experience on global tanker ships, he decided to join the cruiser ships to pursue his dedication and motivation in his career.
He gained a ranging amount of experience and knowledge as a 3rd, 2nd, and Chief Engineer. However, he wanted to see more and four years ago he decided to join the yachting industry, starting off as a Chief Engineer on board a 133m motor yacht to begin with and leading him to a Chief Engineer position on board a 55m motor yacht.
In his free time, Kyriakos likes to participate in various outdoor activities such as cycling and fishing as well as having a very large interest for motorbikes.
2023 will be Kyriakos’s first season on board EMOTION².

Having grown up in a family of sailors, dealing with the sea was almost a one-way road.
Learning from an early age alongside craftsmen in shipyards, and the- from scratch- construction of the family boat, helped in gaining a comprehensive experience around every kind of boat.
Readiness and the ability to response to any emergency and adversity calmly and effectively, are prerequisites for the work of both the captain and the engineer and have been acquired the 20 years.
2024 will be Panos first season on board EMOTION².

After following in his father's footsteps and working in the marine industry, Elmar spent two years on ferries in the Philippines.
He has worked in the yachting industry for the past ten years, with most of this time being on charter yachts, allowing him to gain a wealth of experience and ensuring that guests have a memorable time onboard EMOTION². In his spare time, Elmar enjoys playing basketball as well as listening to music and has recently started learning the guitar.
Elmar has a passion for water activities in general and is sure to guarantee that guests have an unforgettable water sports experience onboard EMOTION².

Jason was born in Zimbabwe and moved at the age of 11 to Port Elizabeth, South Africa. He completed his sports science degree, then decided to switch career to the yachting industry due to his passion for the sea and active lifestyle.
He has been an outgoing, adventurous, hardworking, kind, helpful and friendly crew member since joining EMOTION². Jason has been working in the industry since 2015 and worked on a private vessel with a worldwide itinerary for five years. He has wide range of experience, knowledge and passion for learning, and it is amplified by his passion for being at sea and keeping active.
Jason has a wide range of hobbies and interests which include swimming, paddling, lifesaving, surfing, golf, hiking, running, exercise, DIY and most passionately participates in tasting ice cream from all parts of the world.
2023 will be Jason’s second season on board EMOTION².

Amy is from the United Kingdom but was born in Durban, South Africa. After finishing school, she became a makeup artist and has a passion for health and beauty.
She worked and lived in Australia for 2 years, gaining professional service experience and all the relevant knowledge needed to succeed in the yachting industry. She has travelled to different countries experiencing new cultures and cuisines.
In her spare time Amy enjoys keeping fit by walking and paddleboarding and she loves exploring new places.
2022 will be Amy’s third season onboard EMOTION².

Luke was born and educated in Durban, South Africa and is now based in Porto, Portugal.
Luke is the son of an Olympian, international lifesaver and 12 x world champion ocean kayaker, which has helped to instil in Luke the qualities of self-discipline, commitment and a passion for water sports.
Luke has been a successful commercial and industrial property broker in Durban and Cape Town, South Africa. Luke is an excellent communicator, enthusiastic, friendly and has a great sense of humour.
Luke has recently completed all his modules towards his Officer of The Watch and is looking to sit his final oral at the end of the season.
Luke’s hobbies include surfing, golf, Crossfit, swimming, running, diving, movies, great food and his true love coffee!

Alex was born in Athens, Greece. As a teenager Alex completed his national service in the Navy. During this time he gained an interest in the sea and decided to pursue a career in Marine Engineering in the Merchant Navy.
After eleven years in the Merchant Navy sailing around the globe and four years in the yachting industry Alex joined EMOTION² bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience with him.
In his spare time Alex likes to practice both SCUBA and sky diving as well as keeping fit. Alex has a passion for food and is always keen to sharpen his skills in the kitchen.
2022 will be Alex’s third season onboard EMOTION².
